We received an order from a customer for a pilot boat which would operate for a port at the north of Italy. Accepting this order was a challenge for us since we wanted to design a boat that would not only fit its purpose, but also stand as a competitive one in the market.  Special hard chine is the main characteristic of this boat. This hull has an optimum response in waves and high seakeeping performance, but also high capability of manoeuvring and high speed for fast transfer from harbour to ship.

This pilot boat was one of the first boats that has installed Volvo Penta IPS transmission. IPS improves manoeuvrability below the wake of the ship. The boat can achieve a maximum speed of 32 kn.

The wheelhouse is customizable and can have three different arrangements.
