On board took place 6 bed for the crew in four cabins, one cabin for the chief engineer and another one for the captain. Furthermore in the accommodation space there are a mess, kitchen and toilets.
In the last years the problem of sea pollution is becoming more impellent. Different kind of waste, oil, gasoline and microplastic are a serious problem for the marine ecosystem. For this reason our team has thought to develop a multipurpose boat focused on this problem. Every work related the antipollution can be carry out with this vessel. Inside there are a very capacious tanks for recovery and storage oil and dirty water. With an appropriate pump system it is possible manage the contaminated waters in a first stage for the aspiration and then to unload the tank for disposal. In the deck there is a crane to lift the auxiliary machinery and pipes for aspiration. It is possible the installation of a winch for barriers anti-pollution floating.
Ecomulticat was designed for work in the costal area, near terminal and harbour. The minimum crew request is two workers, but it can host maximum 5 workers in three bed rooms; inside there is also one bathroom, one kitchen with mess-room and in the upper deck a very light weelhouse. The main service that it can provide are:
- Liquid waste management
- Fire surveillance
- Rental of floating anti-pollution barriers
- Emptying and cleaning oil casins
- Rrainage of cesspools
